Every booking includes: For Frozen Drink Cart: Our Signature Cart + Umbrella: A luxe white cart with our blush fringe umbrella and styled décor 1 Commercial-Grade Frozen Drink Machine (3 drinks per event) Drink Mixes: Choose from options like Frosé, Classic Margarita, Frozen Lemonade, Piña Colada, or our other signature creations Drinkware & Garnishes: 6 oz clear cups, fruit garnishes, and straws La Dama Rosa Attendant: Ensures service, interacts with guests, and keeps things pristine Setup + Breakdown: We arrive early, style your drink station, and clean up after For Spiked Hot Chocolate Bar + Espresso Martini Tree: Hot Cocoa Station: 3.2-gallon insulated dispensers of rich organic hot chocolate Toppings Bar: Whipped cream, marshmallows, cinnamon sticks, crushed peppermint, chocolate chips (white & regular) Drinkware: La Dama Rosa’s 10oz ribbed coupe glasses with rim and branded hot cups Espresso Martini Tree: 12-cup display tower for espresso martinis (client provides spirits) Onsite Attendant: Serves drinks, refreshes toppings, interacts with guests, and manages presentation For Mimosa Bar: Juice Blends: 4 non-insulated options (guava, blood orange, pineapple, etc.) Champagne Bucket + Ice Drinkware & Garnishes: Plastic champagne flutes, dehydrated fruits, edible flowers, sugar rims Customizable Menu Add-On (optional): Includes signage with your event name or theme All setups include white-glove styling, branded details, IG-worthy moments, and detailed shopping lists for the alcohol you'll need to provide.

🕒 How long is each service? All bookings include 4 hours of active service. Need more time? Just ask — extended service is available for an added fee.
📦 What if I want to rent the cart? Yes! We offer a cart-only rental option (no attendant, no drinks) at a discounted rate — ideal for styled photoshoots, DIY bar setups, or small home events. Ask us for pricing!
🎈 Do you offer décor add-ons? Absolutely: Custom Balloon Garland – Starting at $80 Custom Drink Menu + Display Sign – Starting at $40 Perfect for branding, themes, or adding that Pinterest-worthy final touch.
🛒 Do I need to bring anything? The only thing you need to bring is: Alcohol (we provide a shopping list!) A power outlet if using frozen drink machines or warming base for cocoa We bring everything else — setup, cups, signage, styling, and great vibes.
🗓 When should I book? As early as possible! Our weekends fill up fast — especially during the holiday season and wedding months. We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance to lock in your date.

Truly cannot recommend them enough. Used them for my engagement party and they went absolutely above and beyond for everything! The drinks were ABSOLUTELY delicious. My guests are still raving about them!!!! They were so friendly, fun, and caring, make the drinks delicious, and were overall amazing. I would have them at every party if I could and told all my friends and family to book them too!! Will be using them again for my bridal shower/bachelorette. We had La Dama Rosa at our engagement party and they were hands-down one of the best parts of the night! Dana-Marie is seriously the sweetest person, so easy to work with, super professional, and brings the best energy! Her and her husband Bryan are absolute sweethearts and the nicest people you’ll ever meet. The frozen drinks were unbelievable (everyone was obsessed, we’re still getting messages about them) and the setup looked amazing! It added such a fun vibe to the party and really helped make the night feel extra special. If you’re planning any kind of event, run don’t walk to book La Dama Rosa.
